2 Bunch Mint (Pudina) Leaves
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
1 Green Chili
1 Small Onion chopped (optional)
2 tsp Water
1tbsp Lemon Juice/1 tbsp plain yogurt
Salt to taste
Method:
To begin with wash mint and coriander leaves well.
Take all ingredients in a bowl and blend it on medium speed.
Blend until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
Empty the mixture into a bowl, and serve.
Note: Refrigerated mint chutney can be used for a week or two.
